Eng/ I am very happy to share with you today the wonderful, magic work of Italian photographer Giulia Zeta. Back in November, Giulia contacted me through email to let me know she discovered my work when she bought a postcard in the Quartier Latin many years ago, while in Paris for a fashion week. She then asked me if I would agree for a shooting inspired by my work. And of course I said yes!

Today she revealed on her blog the first photographs she created based on my work and I am just blown away by the result! She really captured the mood and feelings of my illustrations and the model, Valentina, is just perfect! Paola, the makeup artist did a wonderful job as well. I am extremely flattered and lucky to have such an amazing photographer interested by my work, I feel so honored! Enough words, time for the first pictures! Other photos will come in the next couple of weeking, Giulia planned a new photo shoot! (traduction française à lire plus bas)

Fr/ Je suis très heureuse de partager avec vous aujourd’hui le travail merveilleux, magique de la photographe italienne Giulia Zeta. En Novembre dernier, Giulia m’a contacté par e-mail pour me dire qu’elle avait découvert mon travail grâce à une carte postale qu’elle a acheté dans le Quartier Latin alors qu’elle était à Paris pour une fashion week. Elle m’a alors demandé si je serais d’accord pour un shooting photo inspiré par mon travail. Et bien sûr, j’ai immédiatement dit oui!

Aujourd’hui, elle a révélé sur son blog les premières photos qu’elle a réalisées, inspirée par mon travail et je suis épatée par le résultat! Elle a vraiment capturé l’essence et les sentiments que je veux faire passer dans mes illustrations. Je trouve la modèle, Valentina, tout simplement parfaite! Et Paola, la maquilleuse, a fait un très joli travail aussi. Je suis vraiment flattée et je me sens honorée de voir mon travail ainsi inspirer la photographe de talent qu’est Giulia Zeta. Allé, assez parlé, voici les premières photos! D’autres viendront dans quelques semaines car Giulia a programmé un nouveau shooting!
