Coucou à tous! Je suis enfin de retour après 3 jour DINGUES à cause du foutoir qu’un hackeur a laissé sur mes sites web. J’ai été piraté, vous imaginez le cirque! Non mais, à quoi ça sert de pirater un portfolio d’artiste + un blog.. ? J’ai été super furax quand j’ai réalisé la situation, puis je me suis rapidement calmée pour essayer de résoudre tout ça. Bref, donc grâce à l’aide fabuleuse du service client de mon hébergeur, l’affaire a été réglée en un weekend. Les américains travaillent 7/7jours, sont extrêmement sympa et savent expliquer des choses super techniques avec des mots très faciles à comprendre. Franchement, je ne peux que recommander à qui que ce soit qui cherche un hébergeur de s’orienter vers TigerTech.net, ce sont juste les meilleurs! Jamais je n’aurais eu ce service auprès d’un hébergeur français… dans une semaine j’y serais encore avec eux (et je sais de quoi je parle puisque j’ai eu ce souci l’été dernier).  Pour revenir à notre histoire de ce weekend, le plus compliqué pour moi a été de montrer patte blanche à Google pour qu’il m’enlève l’alerte “attention site dangereux” sur mes sites. Mais ça y est, maintenant c’est bon! Je souffle et je suis surtout hyper soulagée. J’ai quelques petites choses à remettre ici et là, certaines images du blog se sont fait la malle pendant le backup du site, les photos du post sur Tim Burton par exemple se sont envolées, mais je les remettrai rapidement (c’est fait!).

Merci à ceux et celles qui m’ont envoyé des emails pour prendre des nouvelles et/ou me faire part des soucis qu’ils rencontraient sur mes sites, j’ai apprécié votre soutien! Merci pour votre soutien aussi sur Twitter et Facebook, les deux seuls liens communautaires qui me restaient avec vous. I am finally back here after 3 HORRIBLE days because of the crazy mess that hackers did on my websites! Yes,  I ‘ve been hacked, can you believe it!!!! What’s the point hacking an artist portfolio + a blog .. ? I went crazy when I first realized the situation. But I quickly calmed down, and I tried to find a solution to fix everything. Thanks to the help of the fabulous customer service from my hoster, the case was settled in a weekend. American people you are the best in this field! The guys whom I spoke with are extremely nice and know how to explain  super technical things with easy to understand words. Frankly, I can only recommend to anyone seeking for a hoster to visit TigerTech.net, they are just the best! I would never have this service with a french hoster … they are so crappy here, believe me.  Back to our crazy hackers story: the most complicated for me was to prove to Google that my websites were safe again. They finally removed the alert message, and it’s ok now!  I am mega super relieved. Now I have a few things to fix here and there, some images of the blog disappeared during the last backup of the site, photos from the post on Tim Burton “Alice in Wonderland” are missing, but I’ll replace them with new ones asap (fixed!).
